Robert & Ashley | Roswell Mill Club wedding

While they met in high school and knew of each other they didn’t really connect until they worked together at Abercrombie. From then on they flirted, they dated, and now they are married.

I love how this couple embraces change and goes with the flow, which are pretty much key to having a relatively stress free wedding day! We dueled it out with prom moms to shoot on the covered bridge in Roswell and glistened in the wonderful spring heat that Georgia provides.

My favorite moment was the “wine box ceremony”- which was actually filled with a bottle of bourbon. The way it works is that during the ceremony you place the bottle of wine* and love notes into the box and the couple nails it shut. One their first anniversary they open the box, drink the wine, and read the notes they have written for one another.
They can also repeat the process so there a new love notes and bottle of wine for every anniversary of their marriage. It’s pretty much a great way to create a legacy of reminding each other why you love one another every year.
