Well folks, Ashley’s bridesmaid called this from the first night they met. Five years later Daniel and Ashley are married in a beautiful sunny summer ceremony. I loved hearing how they got engaged. After finding a good deal they took a spur of the moment trip to London, Paris, and Rome. Unfortunately this was the time of a terrorist attack in Paris but they decided to go anyways. Even though Daniel was acting weird and it made Ashley suspicious nothing happened while they were in Paris. It wasn’t until they got to Rome that something big happened. Ashley said she wanted a cute photo of throwing a coin in the Trevi fountain and after a few coins due to Daniel “couldn’t get the right shot” he hands her a brochure for her to look at. In it was a timeline of their relationship with “will you marry me” at the end. After saying yes they got hounded by someone trying to haggle them for photos. Thankfully Ashley thinks it’s funny and fitting that Daniel and the haggler got into an argument because they don’t take anything too seriously.
As a wedding planner herself, I knew Ashley would have a smooth wedding timeline and plethora of beautiful details both big and small and I was not disappointed. My favorite were her shoes (I LOVE shoes) and the adorable donut wall! Her colors of blush and gold were everywhere from the table runners, the names on cookie for her bridesmaids, and even the cornhole.
After their engagement session I knew I had a good reason to be pumped for their wedding.
Congrats y’all! You are finally married!
