This wedding was such a blast from start to finish! Everyone’s spirits were high and dedicated to celebrating Simon & Serina’s marriage. This was also my first Orthodox wedding ceremony and I have to say I am a fan! I loved all the symbolism and how every action had a deeper meaning. It was so cool!
Serina’s dress was jaw-dropping stunning, the bridesmaid’s dresses looked like they could have been plucked from my closet, and the weather turned out to not be freezing! I did have another first at this wedding: a bird pooped on the groom during portraits… twice! He took it in such stride and the wonderful planner, Karin, had shout wipes on hand to get some of the residues off. Even though it was the GT Trolley and felt sacrilegious I loved riding on it. It’s a blast to see everyone relaxed, yelling cheers, and just generally hanging out on the way to and from the ceremony. If you have two venues on your wedding day I highly suggest getting a trolley or some form of transportation for you and your wedding party.
