Jackson Street Bridge | Elizabeth & Merik Engagement

Even though we met before sunrise and it was a bit chilly that morning Merik and Elizabeth didn’t let that stop them from looking cute and enjoying the morning. Elizabeth has such an infectious laugh and bright spirit. I loved spending the morning with them.

When scheduling the engagement shoot Merik said he wanted to do sunrise specifically because it seems more in the vein of new beginnings. I loved the symbolism of the sun rising on their new marriage but figuratively and literally.

I can’t wait for their wedding this summer.
