This shoot almost didn’t happen but I am so thankful that it did. It’s amazing how one door is closed and after a little prayer another door flies wide open and you run head first in utter gratefulness. It just goes to show the power of prayer and email.
We woke up early to take advantage of the glorious morning light on Salt Pond beach on the spectacular island of Kauai in Hawaii. I have found that I simply love photographing with now shoes and sand between my toes. Alana looked like the perfect Hawaiian bridal beach goddess. The floral Haku by Kealoha Flowers smelled and looked soooo good. I have to admit I’m not normally a floral crown person but I love the tropical flowers in this one. I am a big fan of bright colors and this definitely is bold in color.
