Abi here is a Starrs Mill High School track & cross country friend of Dori (you may remember her from here) that contacted me to photograph her for her senior photos. Let me tell you, it was so worth rescheduling 3 times (due to rain!) We could not have asked for more perfect southern weather and light! It was one of those rare warm days in November that allowed Abi to wear a spaghetti strap sun dress, AWESOME!
We met outside the amazing coffee shop in downtown Senoia (you know, that town where a small tv show called the Walking Dead is filmed, no big deal) and just enjoyed what amazing sites Senoia has to offer. We found brick walls, stone walls, old rustic abandoned buildings, downtown streets, ivy covered alley walk ways, and a simple southern charm of people being polite enough not to walk right through our shoot (they give no bothers in the big city of Atlanta). Abi’s mom was able to come and I always joke that I love when parents come because then I get a free assistant. I joke, I kid…. sort of.
I loved getting to know both mother and daughter during this shoot. Even though Abi is 90-something% sure about going to Bama next year (my heart literally broke- GO DAWGS) I wish her all the best for college and beyond!
Abi: “I really want to spin in this dress. Can I do that?”
