Philip & Amy | Wedding at Georgian Terrace

This wedding was an absolute blast! We did Philip & Amy’s engagement photos recently at their wedding reception venue the Georgian Terrace Hotel and I loved seeing their reception after hearing about it.

This sweet beautiful couple were married at Central Presbyterian Church across the street from the Georgia capital building. It was worth the maze full of stairs and creepy parking deck. The stain glass windows, incredible chandeliers, and beautiful historic woodwork throughout the church were so gorgeous. The most special part of this ceremony was after Philip and Amy said their vows to one another Philip invited Amy’s son up on the altar and sat with him and made a vow to him. It was safe to say no dry eyes left the ceremony.

I loved how this couple choose a roaring twenties vibe for their wedding. They constructed the empire state building centerpieces for every single table. The reason: Philip proposed to Amy on top of that building. It will always be special to them and I love how they incorporated that in their wedding decor!
